Yoga and Hockey Camps

At Goalies Inc., we incorporate Yoga into our Power Skating Clinics. Yoga is guaranteed to strengthen, balance, detoxify and exhilarate the body as well as the mind. By combining Yoga into our Power Skating Hockey Clinics, our players are able gain attention and focus as a goalie. Yoga teaches the human body to work in accordance with it's environment. The players will also gain flexibility which is a key element as a goalie. Not to mention Yoga is a ton of fun and great for players of any age. Here's a few of our student athletes hard at work in their first Yoga class.

Mission Statement: ……..

Goalies Inc. offers hockey camps in the Michigan and Wisconsin area. Led by Jim Stanaway, our team of dedicated coaches proudly demonstrate what it means to be a true player in the game of hockey. We’re committed to pushing our players to achieve their greatest potential by applying the same morals and values we established through playing hockey.

Our goalie camps focus on three major aspects of the game: strength and conditioning, speed and agility, and power skating. By stressing the importance of hard work, on and off the ice, we’re able to demonstrate what a committed student-athlete can accomplish through sports.
